| Bhalla reviews development works in Gandhi Nagar | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, Feb 10 Minister for Revenue, Relief and Rehabilitation, Raman Bhalla today said that all round development of people was high on the agenda of coalition government. Minister was speaking to gathering, after laying the foundation of two deep drains at Rani Talab in Digiana and increase of the height of lanes and drains at Nanak Nagar, Sector-6, to be constructed at a cost of Rs 12.5 lakh. Bhalla asked the officers to use government funds judiciously by creating durable assets in the state. He asked the people to supplement government efforts in speedy progress of the state adding that people should themselves monitor execution of development in their respective areas. Minister said that government is endeavouring to provide better amenities to the people like drinking water, health, drainage system, electricity, education. A large number of people met the Minister at Rani Talab in Digiana and projected the demands which include maintenance of nallah and edge walls of nallah, construction of Public Convenience and park on available land near Tube Well and building for Government Primary School, Nanak Nagar. In response, Minister asked the locals to donate the land for construction of building for Government Primary School at Nanak Nagar, Sector-6.
