KUPWARA, Feb 11:
According to CEO Kupwara, the Capacity Building Programme (CBM) which was scheduled on February 11 has been postponed upto February 14 due to heavy snowfall in the district.
All the participants are here directed that they will report on their own training centres already notified for the said training.
