| CAPD team imposes Rs 6600 fine | | |

JAMMU, Feb 13: A team of special squad headed by Assistant Director (Rationing), Jammu City circle No. III alongwith SHO Police Station, Chhani Himmat and Area Inspector, Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution (CA&PD) conducted market checking of tea stalls, Halwai shops, Karyana shops and Ration dealers at various places of Channi Himmat and Ware House area and found 14 defaulters and an amount of Rs. 6600 was recovered as fine on the spot.
All the fruit and vegetable sellers were directed to display the rate list otherwise stringent action will be taken against them under rules.
