| IMS students visit Su-Kam office at Gurgaon | | |

As a part of its endeavor to enable students get a practical insight into their theoretical curricula and acquaint themselves with the functional and environmental culture of different organizations, MBA students of IMS visited Corporate Head Office of Su-Kam Power Systems Ltd. at Gurgaon Su-Kam is India's No.1 Invertor Company and first one to introduce technologies such as Mosfet, Micro Controller based and DSP Sine Wave in inverters. Su-Kam's product range includes 150+ products viz: Inverters (Home & Industrial), UPS, Batteries (SMF & Lead Acid), Solar products (Inverters, Chargers) to mention a few. The visit to corporate office started with initial round of briefing by Narender Somani, GM Commercial, Su-Kam. He spoke at length about company's profile, achievements and vision in current economic scenario. He was joined by Vinod Bansal, Assistant Manager Marketing and Rahul, who explained how innovative imagination and pursuits of Kunwer Sachdev, Founder and MD Su-Kam led to the phenomenal growth of Company from a meager sum of Rs 10000 to 750 crore company. Further students visited R&D section of Su-Kam, working round the clock on further improvisation of existing models apart from solar inverters, the new innovative governing thought of Su-Kam. At the end there was an interactive session of IMS students with corporate heads of the company, wherein different queries raised by the students were answered and future job prospects were discussed as well. The visit was coordinated by Bhanu Pratap Singh, Training & Placement Officer, IMS who accompanied the students. Director IMS, Renu Bangroo congratulated the students for successful and fruitful completion of the visit and assured more such visits in future as well.
