JAMMU, Feb 15:
Government has ordered setting up of Jammu and Kashmir State Advisory Board for Welfare of Other Backward Classes, with Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah as its Chairman and Kuldeep Raj as Vice Chairman.
Vice Chairman of the Board would enjoy the status of Minister of State.
