| SADN Condemns Omar’s biased treatment | | | Early Times Report Jammu , Feb 15 Jammu and Kashmir Shrimani Akali Dal National (SADN) condemned Chief Minister Omar Abdullah’s proposal of rehabilitation of Kashmiri youth who crossed to PoK for arms training. Talking to media persons here today, Gurbachan Singh Dutta, President, SADNJK, Gurdev Singh, Dayal Singh Wazir regretted that all the successive government in the state and even present coalition government headed by Omar have soft corner for Kashmiris who took up arms against the Indians but never felt the agony and pain of unfortunate youth who neither took up arms nor killed any body and are not threat to the security of the nation in any manner are suffering in foreign countries for want of political backing. They warned the government that Sikh community will strive hard and will not allow the government to do injustice. He said that Vice President Hamid Ansari heading one of the working group recommended Rs.5.00 lakhs to each affected family as compensation irrespective whether a militant belong to such family or any other member of the family died during militancy but displaced persons from PoK are yet to be compensated despite the fact that innumerable lives were lost and loss of movable and immovable property was incurred upon displaced people from PoK.
