| Animal Husbandry course concludes | | |
EARLY TIMES REPORT POONCH, Feb 17
An animal husbandry course organized by 93 Infantry Brigade of 6 Kumaon concluded here today. The course, which started on November 23 last year, was aimed to impart training to local unemployed youth in domestication of animals for commercial purposes. It was for the third consecutive year that army conducted such a course. On the occasion of valedictory function, 25 students, who successfully completed the course, were awarded certificates by Commander Poonch Brigade, Brigadier Satish Dua. Commander appreciated Chief Animal Husbandry Officer Dr SS Raina and his team for providing their dedicated expertise in training the youth. He also lauded the overwhelming response from locals and efforts by army in making the course a grand success.
