| MWC organises debate competition | | |

JAMMU, Feb 17
Mahila Welfare Committee (MWC) today organized a debate competition at Raj High School, Pindi Sarochan in RS Pura.
The programme was sponsored by the Ministry of Environment and Forests through J&K branch of World Wildlife Fund (WWF)-India.
In all 15 students participated in the competition and spoke on climate change.
Chetan Parkash, Sumit Chouhan and Ekta Rani stood first, second and third positions respectively.
Speaking on the occasion, Principal of the school, Raj Kumar Choudhary called upon the students to grow plants for the protection of environment and soil conservation.
President of the Committee Madan Lal Chouhan also spoke on the occasion.
