| Sharma’s extensive tour of 3 days concludes | | | Early Times Report Jammu , Feb 17 MLC, General Secretary & Spokesperson PCC Ravinder Sharma undertook three days tour of Nowshera and Sunderbani area of Rajouri district and took stock of problems being faced by people. Sharma was apprised about the shortage of fertilizer in the area and farmers expressed great resentment over non-availability of fertilizer in entire Sunderbani tehsil. The demand was raised by the MLC in the meeting of District Development Board at Rajouri chaired by the Chief Minister Omar Abdullah. He stressed for early supply of fertilizer as farmer are suffering a lot. Sharma also raised various issues like electrification of left out areas, problem of drinking water suggesting survey for deep tube wells in the Sunderbani-Nowshera areas, demands of PHCs and sub centers special power supply to the FRU Hospital Sunderbani and special live to tanker filing plant at Sunderbani, early starting of building for Degree college at Nowshera and opening a college at Sunderbani, needs for sports stadium besides special sericulture project for area and completion of road projects in the twin tehsils. Sharma visited various parts like Daryala-charala, Gagrote, Seri, Bajabani, Dhok Bamyar. He inaugurated a party office at Bajabain. He announced a hand pump and a shed at cremation ground at Darayala besides approach road to Higher Secondary School Seri. Sharma also addressed a training camp of over 100 volunteers of civil defence at Sunderbani and asked them to imbibe the sprit of service to the society. The MLC was also chief guest at the annual day function of Harsh Niketan School Sunderbani where besides around 700 students, parents and prominent citizens attended the function
