| Power shut down on Feb 19,20 | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Feb 18: To carry out stringing work of 220 KV D/C transmission line from Grid Station Bishnah to Hiranagar, the power supply to Kheri, Chak-Hasla, Sain-de Kotha and areas being fed from Kehri feeder shall remain affected on February 19 and 20, 2010 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Further to carry out stringing of 132 KV D/C Barn- Canal transmission like, the power supply to Purkhoo, Purkhoo Camp, marh, Gajansoo, Mishriwala, Samachak, Bathera, Kot-Bhalwal, PHE Bhalwal, Gharota, Rajan and adjoining areas shall also remain affected on February 19 and 20 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The PHE, MES installations and other essential loads shall also remain affected during the shut down.
According to Chief Engineer, EM&RE Wing, Jammu, the shut down shall be subject to fair weather conditions.
