New National Higher Secondary School, Talli Morh, Miran Sahib today celebrated the
13th Annual Day Function of the school in which Minister of Revenue and Relief Raman Bhalla was the chief guest on the ocassion
Principal of the School, Sharanjeet Kour read out the Annual report of the school.
The Students of the school presented colourful cultural programme, which was appreciated by the audience.
Addressing a gathering, Bhalla appealed the students to respect their ‘Gurus’ as only then they can attain their goals . He asked the teachers to provide quality education to students so that they could become good citizen of the country.
Highlighting the importance of Annual Day Celebrations in educational institutions, he said that such occasions provide a chance to talented students to exhibit their potential and provide an opportunity to the school management to highlight their academic and other extra co-curricular activities.
The Minister distributed mementos among the meritorious students who excelled in co-curricular activities, during 2009-10 Session.
