Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party (JKNPP) has demanded separate assembly constituencies for Sunderbani and Mandi in twin border districts of Rajouri and Poonch. The demand was raised by President JKNPP and MLA Balwant Singh Mankotia today during his visit to different areas of Rajouri and Poonch. Addressing a gathering at Sunderbani, Mankotia assured people that their problems will be solved by Panthers Party. He asked the government to make adequate provision of ration, fertilizer and seeds in the far flung areas of Rajouri and Poonch. Interacting with the people at Sunderbani, Panthers Chief was apprised of the various problems being faced by them. People asked Mankotia that Sunderbani should be separated from Nowshera constituency as these two areas are distinct in every respect from each other. They said that due to these differences the development of the area is suffering a lot. A membership drive was personally launched by Balwant Singh Mankotia at Sunderbani and Nowshera. Later in the day, Balwant Singh addressed the gatherings at Mandi, Poonch where people also said that they should be separated from the Poonch constituency.
