JAMMU, Feb 21:
A youth was arrested by police with 600 gm charas from Mubarak Mandi today.
He was identified as Raj Kumar of Patna. Police sources said he was moving under suspicious circumstances at Mubarak Mandi when police stopped him for
questioning. During his frisking, cops recovered 600 gm charas from him.
The consignment was seized. Sources said he was booked under the relevant sections of law.
