| Information department organized Mushiara | | | Sarita Jamwal Udhampur Feb23
Tehsil Information Centre, Ramnagar organized a multi-lingual Mushiara in the premises of Town Hall, Ramnagar today. The renowned and budding poets of the District took part in the Mushiara who recited their verses in Dogri, Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu touching all aspects of society. The Director Press Information Bureau, (Government of India), Jammu was the chief guest on the occasion. The poetic recitation of a renowned Dogri poet, Bal Krishan Bhawnra titled “ Asein Dostein Ge Hamesha Ge Tangi, Reha Sochda Par Gaya Saath Langi” was highly appreciated by the audience and Dogri recitation titled “ Dogri Aey Jind Saadi, Dogri Panshan……..” also got loud applause. The Director PIB lauded the efforts of J&K Information Department for holding the event which has provided a chance to the budding poets of the Udhampur district to expose their talent on common platform besides building self-confidence amongst them. he also thanked the poets for their poetry recitations touching human values and prevailing social evils in the society. Among others, poets, Jia Lal Jia, Jagdeep Dubey, Bachiter Singh, M. K. Pagal, Dhuni Chand Tirpathi, Mulkh Raj Bhamgi, Pankaj Sharma, Om Sharma, Thakur Dass, Uttam Chand Uttam, Rakesh Kalsotra and Amitab Zakhmi etc presented their poetic compositions in different languages which were highly appreciated by the audience present on the occasion.
