KC Public School celebrates Parents Day

Budding young talent of the Pre-Primary wing of the KC Public School on the occasion of Parents Day presented a spectacular show which was well applauded by the whole audience presented there.
Mayor Kavinder Gupta was the chief guest while Chairman of the School, Sudershan Mahajan , Arjun Mahajan and Director Arti Choudhary was also graced the occasion.
The show began with the lighting of traditional lamp by the chief guest on the occasion which was followed by Vandana Dance performed by LKG girls.
Headmistress of the school, Mamta Singh on the ocassion read out the annual report of the school and also highlighted various achievements of the school.
The Barbie dance put together by the little toddlers of Parvesh Vatika was applauded by the jam packed audience. The students on the occasion presented various cultural items , dance items and the skits .
Meanwhile chief guest while speaking on the occasion appreciated the efforts of the students and staff alike. The entire audience was held spell bound during the show and finally towards the end while the vote of thanks was presented by Anargaya.
he Jammu and Kashmir Batwal Welfare Associatin held its meeting here, today which was chaired by Capt. Raj Kumar and attended by large number of executive members.
The meeting resolved to launch website of the Association in order that community members sitting in their homes in any corner of the state could know the activities and achievements of the association. Mr. Sanjeev Kaith who is expert in computer, was nominated to act as internet secretary of the association.
The meeting also resolved to hold a function in the Jammu city and felicitate media persons who have reported all kinds of events of the Batwal Community organizations. In their indispensable news papers during the last twenty five years.
Prominent members in the meeting were being Ex MLA Sat Paul Lakhotra, R.L.Kaith, Capt. Girdhari Lal, Madan Raj, Ram lal, Capt. Om Parkash, Capt. Ram Lal, Capt. Kamal Chand, Subedar Gunni Ram, Ex Sarpanch Ravi Kaith, Varinder Kaith, Dr. Ramesh Kaith, Mela Ram, Diwan Chand, Dilay Ram, Kamal Singh, Bua Ditta, Hakikat Anmol, Rakesh Lakhotra, Amar Nath, Narayan Dass, Harish Bhardwaj, Madan Lal, Beli Ram, Des Raj, Jagbandhan Motan, Om Parkash Bassa, Madan Raj and Bachno Devi.
