JAMMU, Feb 28: Kranti Dal held a demonstration outside the office of divisional commissioner at Mubarak Mandi here today in support of their demands.
The dal members gathered outside the divisional commissioner's office at about 11 am and held a strong demonstration, amidst the raising of solgans against the government and in support of their demands.
They highlighted various demands of refugees and said they had been deprived of their legitimate rights by successive state governments.
Despite assurances, the state and the central governments had utterly failed to devise schemes for their betterment and upliftment, they added.
They said if their demands were not considered by the government at the earliest, they would be forced to adopt agitational path. The dal members were committed to fight for their demands, they asserted.
