| Schools in Kashmir reopen on March 8 | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Feb 28: All the educational institutions including recognized private schools up to higher secondary level of Kashmir division (excluding Ladakh region) and also those falling in the winter zones in Jammu division shall reopen on March 8 instead of March 1. According to government order issued here today the opening of schools was rescheduled due to weather forecast and upper belts of winter zone still being snow-bound.
