| Govt committed to fulfill aspirations of people: Dr Beigh | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
ANANTNAG, Feb 28: Member Parliament, Dr Mehboob Beigh today presided a party convention at Dak Bungalow Khanabal wherein people from different areas of the district affiliated with National Conference attended the convention. The people apprised Beigh about various problems faced by them.
Beigh while addressing the convention said that the coalition government is committed to fulfill the aspirations of people. The party will achieve its goals under the leadership of Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah.
He said recently announced Sher-e-Kashmir Employment Policy will come into force from April 2010 by which unemployed youth will get employment honorarium and the financial institutions will provide loans for setting up of income generating units.
Beigh stressed upon the party workers to strengthen the party so that the pace of development and prosperity will go on. He also hailed the Union Home Minister' recent announcement of providing safe passage to the militants who are presently in PoK and government will manage their rehabilitation.
