Srinagar, Mar 1 : Near-ly one kg charas and 15 kg bhung were today recovered by police from a house in south Kashmir district of Anantnag.
Official sources said acting on a tip-off, police raided the house of one Ghulam Mohammad Gania at Laktipora Arwani in Bijbehara, Anantnag, in the afternoon.Search of the house led cops to the recovery of 700 gms of charas and 14.5 kg of bhung, the sources added.
The house owner, however, managed to escape before the police raid. A case stands registered against him at the concerned police station.
