JKNPP extends support to POJK refugees

Jammu, Mar 2: Jammu and Kashmir Panthers Party extended its support to Pakistan occupied Jam-mu and Kashmir Refugees Sangharsh Morcha who staged a Dharna for the last one week in front of divisional commissioner's office here.
JKNPP General Secre-tary H.C Jalmaria who sat on Dharna with the POJK refugees on Tuesday strongly condemned the attitude of State Government who has totally ignored the aspirations of about 15 lakh Refugees of Pak occupied area of the State.
He said that both Centre and State governments treated these refugees as second class citizens in J and K since Independ-ence.
He said that there is no home land for the refugees. He said that their political rights have been trampled and demanded compensation in lieu of Human Rights Violations and moveable and immovable properties have not been paid even after the passage of 62years by the Govt. of India as was paid to other displaced communities in India.
