| Jammu Sports-A, J&K Police enter second round | | 21st State Football Championship | | Early Times Report JAMMU, Mar 3: Jammu Sports-A and Jammu and Kashmir Police among four teams today qualified for the next round of the ongoing 21st State Football Championship organized by the J&K Football Association at twin venues of GGM Science College and Mini Stadium, Parade, here today. While Jammu Sports-A trounced Mussa Club 4-2 in tie breaker. Earlier, in the stipulated time both sides could not score thereby ending in a goalless draw. Later, in tie-breaker, Davian, Vivan, Neeraj and Simon were successful penalty shooters from winners Mussa Club while Sunil and Ravi reduced the margin from Mussa Club. In the second match, played at GGM Science College, J&K Police-B blanked DFA Pulwama 3-0. Rakesh (18th), Harneel Singh (45th and 68th) were the scorers from Police-B. In other two matches, played today, DFA Kupwara outplayed DFA Ramban by two goals to nil. Iqbal (5th) and Imtiaz (59th) were the scorers from Kupwara. DFA Ganderbal registered a 5-2 victory over New Bharat Club.
