| Govt to explore job avenues for unemployed in both public, private sectors: Bhalla | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, Mar 3: Government will explore all possibilities to provide jobs to un-employed youth both in public and private sectors stated Minister for Revenue, Relief and Rehabilitation,. Raman Bhalla after inaugurating showroom of Jay Kay Auto Traders Multi Brand Tyres and Alloys at Narwal Chowk, Bye Pass, here this afternoon. Corporator, Tilak Raj Gupta accompanied the Minister. He advised the unemployed youth to venture in private sector for getting dignified jobs. Bhalla said that the Government was committed to identify job avenues for youth, adding that creation of new polytechnics in the uncovered districts of the State will go a long way in skill upgradation of youth and development of human resource imperative for enhancing employability in the private sector. Asking the youth to explore job avenues in rural industry like beekeeping, mushroom cultivation, floriculture, aromatic and medicinal plants and other agro-based industries, Bhalla said that all District Industries Centers have been asked to conduct special awareness camps for the purpose. He appealed the educated youth to come forward and take the benefits of recently announced employment package by the Government. Elaborating on the issue of employment, the Minister said that the Government would explore all possibilities to conduct special recruitment drives for unemployed youth in police and paramilitary forces. He said Government has proposed various incentives for the self-employment adding that seed money would be provided to the unemployed youth for the purpose. He asked the youth to come forward and take benefits of these schemes.
