| Aijaz Jan stages walk out in LA | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Mar 3: National Conference (NC) MLA from Poonch, Aijaz Ahmed Jan today staged a walk out from the Legislative Assembly in protest against non-inclusion of his question during question hour.
The MLA also tore the question booklet and alleged that he has not been given time to raise question pertaining to his constituency. Soon after question hour was over, Aijaz accompanied by his party MLA Bimla Luthra and Vakar Rasool were on their feet and expressed their resentment with the Speaker for not being given time to raise the issues during question hour.
However, the Speaker Moham-mad Akbar Lone tried to pacify the MLAs and assured that their questions would be included after March 12.
To express his resentment, Aijaz tore the question booklet and walked out from the House while other two MLAs stayed inside the House.
