JAMMU, Mar 3: The Swarn Kar Sangh president Krishan Lal Abrol has said that polls to the body could be held only under the chairmanship of incharge elections.
In a statement issued here today, he said those, who were not even office bearers of the sangh, had no authority to hold elections.
Abrol said if anybody tried to hold the sangh polls, they would move court against him.
Apart from Abrol, other signatories to the statement included Ashok Kumar Nischal, Ram Kapoor, Jagjit Singh and Krishan Chand Saini.
