| PDP minority cell criticizes Govt on employment package | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, Mar 4: Minority cell of Peoples' Democratic Party (PDP) has criticized the state government for imposing conditions on the employment package proposed for the displaced community. The issue was raised during a meeting of PDP minority cell held here today at party office under the chairmanship of its president Ashok Bhat. Bhat demanded that the package should be given a human face. There is no provision for unemployed youth who have become over aged during last 20 years of turmoil Expressing concern over the dilly-dallying tactics of the government in passage of Kashmiri Hindu shrines and temple bill, Bhat wanted to know what are the constraints before the government in the passage of the bill when all the political parties have supported it ? He said that only solution to the all problems being faced by the displaced Kashmiri Pandits is only possible with their rehabilitation in a proper way with political empowerment. Bhat alleged that government is trying to create chaos and confusion among the Kashmiri Pandits Demanding en-mass resignation from Apex Committee, Baht alleged that so-called has failed in projecting the problems of the community before the government in a proper way and right perspective. He reiterated the demand for immediate release of cash relief of Rs 10,000 per month.
