EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, Mar 5: Vichar Kranti Manch, an International a socio spiritual organisation, has appealed to one and all to wake up to struggle against corruption in politics, bureaucracy and civil society which has resulted in inefficiency in administration, spiral rise in crime, violence, scandals, land grabbing, adulteration in eatables and medicines . It is pertinent to mention here that VKMI has launched 30 days campaign in the State from March 1 regarding eradication of corruption from politics, bureaucracy and civil society. Addressing a press conference here on Friday, leaders of VKMI appealed the intellectuals, professionals, social activities, religious leaders, youths not to remain mute spectators, but play and effective role as a responsible citizen so that corruption is eradicated from the society . They appealed them to prevail upon government through peaceful means to introduce and enforce political/electoral/ administrative/judicial/police reforms immediately. They also appealed to the MLAs/MLCs to introduce and get passed the political, administrative, judicial and police reforms in the ongoing Assembly session to put an end to political and administrative corruption. VKMI leaders who addressing a press conference include A.K Raina , E.R.Poswal, Dr.K.C Dubey, Dr R.R Khajuria, Ram Rattan Sharma, Madan Mohan Sharma, Col Baldev Singh and Usha Tickoo.
