| Servant caught for stealing PSO's gun | | | EARLY TIMES REP ORT
JAMMU, Mar 05:
The servant of a Bhaderwah-based Congress leader today landed in police dragnet for allegedly stealing the Insas rifle of the latter's personal security officer.
Police sources said PSO Zuber Ahmad had filed a complaint with police that his Insas rifle was stolen from the house of Congress leader Sohail Malik at Bhaderwah.
Acting on the complaint, police questioned Malik's servant Shakeel, who broke soon and allegedly confessed to have stolen Zuber's rifle.Sources said the rifle was later recovered at the instance of
Shakeel, who was arrested and put behind the bars.A case under relevant sections of law stands registered against him.
