The prices of the essential commodities like food items have risen disproportionately putting working class and lower income group to great hardships", Tarigami elaborated. He stressed for strict implementation of labour laws and good working conditions for the labourers of the state. He also re-iterated the demand for bringing legislation to ensure social security to the workers of unorganized sector who constitute about 90% of the working force of the country and living in deplorable and sub-human conditions.
