JAMMU, Mar 6: A rare eye operation of both eyes was successfully conducted on a 97 year old saint from Shirdi, Baba Bhim Puri Maharaj at Sood eye centre/nursing home, Trikuta Nagar, Jammu.
Dr. R.d. Sood & Dr. Reeta Sood conducted the operation on the saint free of cost. Earlier, the saint had been refused such an operation by many eye specialists within the country.
B.S. Mastana, president Trikuta Nagar welfare committee and Rajaji Kaul made efforts for getting the operation conducted.
