| MLA Ramban visits several villages of constituency | | |

JAMMU, Mar 7: MLA Ramban Ashok Kumar today visited Ranji, Chilla and Gami villages of Batote niabat of his constituency where he was apprised of several problems concerning the local populace, consisting mainly of Gaddi, Scheduled Tribe and Scheduled Caste people, by the villagers. On the occasion, he acceded to their demand of road connectivity between Gami, Ranji and Chilla with Batote and Sanasar and asked the PWD engineers for making a detailed Project Report. Ashok Kumar also recommended a pucca road connecting Patnitop-Sanasar road with Ranji village. He said that with the completion of these roads not only the picturesque beauty of this area having sylvan forests will be explored and thrown to the tourists visiting Sanasar but also the lot and economic condition of the poor villagers shall be improved. MLA also asked the PHE engineers to give an estimate for constructing a water reservoir in the area.
