Farooq visits Ramzan’s residence

JAMMU: National Conference patron and Union Minister of New and Renewable Energy called on senior party colleague, MLA Handwara and former Minister, Chou-dhary Mohammad Ramzan, at his residence in Sidhra and expressed condolences over the death of latter's mother last fortnight. He was among a large number of the leaders of different political parties who visited the bereaved Choudhary Ramzan family with condolences in the last two days.
Those who called on Ramzan included people from all walks of life, particularly lawyers, judges, doctors, government officials, leaders of social and religious organizations and mediapersons. Most of the political leaders and Ministers, including Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, Abdul Rahim Rather, Prof Saifuddin Soz, Ali Mohammad Sagar, CM's Advisor Mubarak Gul, besides a number of MLAs and MLCs from different parties and Speaker Mohammad Akbar Lone had visited Choudhary Ramzan's home in Handwara for four days after his mother's death and expressed their condolences to the bereaved family.
