BOAG organizes business opportunities' day

Jammu, Mar 8: Business Opportunities Aapke Ghar (BOAG) jointly organized by Franchise India Holdings Limited and Indian Franchise Association started today in Jammu. One day show presented 100 business opportunities from the leadings brands and around 500 visitors to attend the event. On the day of Women Entrepreneurship, BOAG in local markets of Jammu presented the prime business prospect and investing options. S.S Dhillon, Director, MSME Development Institute, Govt of India inaugurated the show.
Sachin Marya, CEO, Franchise India Holdings Limited said "BOAG is organized to create an economical, efficient and trusted way of business development giving a wider reach to Indian small towns. The idea was to bring back the confidence of the common man to invest in safer and respectful business options offered by leading companies. At the same time the effort is conceptualized to ensure franchise sale and to offer a campaign wherein we will be able to educate and organize small and medium business community on how franchised business make better sense."
Around 80 - 85 % of SME in US are franchise businesses, where 92% of the total women entrepreneurs are Franchisee and it would be expected that BOAG will increase the scope of franchising in these B & C class cities of India. Franchising in India has always brought rich scope for business opportunities and on regional level the growth for these opportunities is frequently increasing lit every course of time. Franchise growth has remarkably been seen for MSMEs, Woman Entrepreneurs, Small Organizations and others, where Franchise India combined all the prospects under one roof." "The show did a really good start on the first day and the foot fall presence was more than the expectations. We are very much hoping the similar-kind of response in the next five cities for BOAG" further added Marya.
BOAG in Jammu has touched around 500 business buyers and has assisted companies in their franchise search. Leading brands like Reebok, Next, Gitanjali, Club Laptop, Coffee Nu, Asmi, Sangini, D'damas, Hauck, Nirvana, Nakshatra, Jetking, Veta, Eurokids, ICICI Securities, Angel Braking, , Remax and many more. Business opportunities explored during the seminar include franchisee-ship, dealership, distributorship, stockiest, retailer-ship etc.
