| Enemy Agent Ordinance Bill defeated | | |
JAMMU: Minister for Law and Parliamentary Affairs Ali Mohammad Sagar today said that the Government would bring necessary amendments in the Enemy Agent Ordinance which was enacted some decades ago. The Minister was speaking on a private members Bill moved by Murtaza Khan, on behalf of Nizamu-ud-din Khatana. The Bill was rejected by voice vote.
Sagar assured the House that official Bill would be introduced in the House shortly.
