| RDS rues delay in its introduction | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, Mar 10: Rural Development Society (RDS) J&K (Migrant Cell) has lamented government for not initiating steps to introduce the Temple and Shrine Bill in the current session of state legislature. Addressing a public meeting at Nagrota migrant camp, Chairman of the Society, Ashok Koul urged upon the state government to take immediate steps for passing the bill in the present session of the Legislature adding that this is need of the hour so as to protect the cultural and religious heritage of Kashmir. He appealed the government to take up sincere steps for the return of Kashmiri Migrants to the Valley and set up colonies at District Head Quarters of Baramula, Anantnag and Srinagar. Koul alleged that government lacks will and sincerity in this regard adding Kashmir is incomplete without Kashmiri Pandits. He requested the government to enhance cash relief of migrants in these hard times of rising prices. Chairman of the Society also urged the government to provide suitable and secured accommodation to the newly recruited Kashmiri migrant youths in the valley.
