JAMMU, Mar 10: Whereas, the Combined Competitive Services (Main) Examination 2009 is to commence w.e.f 15-03-2010;
Whereas, it has became necessary that no gathering should be allowed outside the Centres of the said Examination for the fair and smooth conduct of the Examination.
Deputy Commissioner, Jammu Mr. M. K. Dwivedi in exercise of the powers vested upon him under Section 144 Cr. P. C. ordered that no person or group of persons shall stand, sit, assemble anywhere within the radius of 100 Meters of the Examination Centres mentioned in Annexure- "A" of this order in District Jammu unless the place of standing, sitting, sitting or assembly is a Public thoroughfare, private house, office, religious place or any other type of accommodation/premises which is being used for legitimate/bonafide activities. The order shall remain in force from 15-03-2010 till the said examination is over.
