| JCC wins by 76 runs in Udhampur Cup | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
UDHAMPUR, Mar 11: Making an 76 runs victory over GCC, JCC today moved into the second round of the ongoing Udhampur Cup Cricket Tournament at Sports Stadium, Udhampur.
Earlier, batting first, after winning the toss, JCC made 182 runs for the loss of eight wickets in the stipulated 35 overs.
Sanjeev Singh was top scorer with 37 runs. From GCC, Vikas and Pardeep took 2 wickets each.
Batting second, GCC could not chase the total and bowled out for 106 runs in 22.4 overs. Pawan made highest 33 runs while Deepu took five wickets from JCC.
Deepu was later declared as man of the match. Today's match was officiated by Rahul and Deeraj while Sahil was scorer.
