| 'Dhobi Biradari' constitutes new body | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Mar 14: All J&K Dhobi Biradari Centre Committee has formed a new state body of the organization here today. In a meeting of 'Dhobi Biradari' held under the chairmanship of Abdul Rashid, besides formation of new body, problems being faced by the community members were also discussed. All the members of the 'biradari' demanded for enhancement in reservation quota of OBC from 2% to 27% as agreed by the Chief Minister and other Cabinet Ministers of the state. The new state body of 'Dhobi Biradari' comprised Abdul Rashid (Chairman / Advisor), Khadim Hussain (President), Abdul Qadir (General Secretary), Mohammad Rashid and Mohammad Shabir (Vice-Presidents), Mohammad Yaseen (Secretary, Public Relations), Mohammad Shafiq (Press Secretary). |
