| One more Cheating case registered against Gola Shah | | | JAMMU | OCT 12
The Gangyal police registered one more cheating case against Gola Shah who is already booked under Public Safety Act (PSA) few days back.
As per reports in a complaint lodged by Brig. M.k Ganjoo in Gangyal police station have leveled charges against Gola Shah that after paying full amount for piece of land, the accused refused to handover the papers of land, which Brigadier purchased from him. The police is investigating the matter.
It is to mention, Gola Shah being a property dealer ahs cheated number of innocent persons and graved money from them. A number of cheating case has been registered against him. He is at present arrested under PSA. Police is investigating the matter.
