Tsetan Namgyal resigned for UT (for Ladakh) in 2002 and came under bahner of UTF. He did some other commendable job like linking of Kobat bridge, bringing of diesel generating stations, many centrally sponsored scheme. He also said that the Siachen Glacier is in his constituency, and half of population employment in the region is given by Army. Due to human waste at Siachen, which was 111Km long has been reduced to 70 Km. The present coalition government is doing a fine job under the leadership of Omar Abdullah, and will complete its full term. The government should give a little more attention towards our areas as it is one of the neglected area of the state.
