| 3 new flyovers to smooth traffic : Govt | | |

Jammu, Mar 17 : In a bid to decongest the rising traffic in this winter capital of the state, the Jammu and Kashmir Government today said three new flyovers will be constructed here to check the menace.
Replying to a question by Congress MLA Indu Pawar on substantial increase in the vehicular population but no increase in the road length in the ongoing Assembly session, the Government said three flyovers at different chowks would be constructed to streamline the traffic hazards.
Project for the construction of fourth Bridge at Bhagwati Nagar, two lane flyover on B C Road, besides widening and strengthening of the roads was under process, the Minister in-charge said.
