JAMMU, Mar 17: People's Democratic Party (PDP) Chief Mehbooba Mufti defended the actions of her MLA, Abdul Haq Khan, over inter-district recruitments which they alleged were against the people of backward districts of the state.
She said legislators raising their voice happen even in Parliament and National Conference (NC) is trying to muffle the voice of the Opposition.
