| NHPC organizes kabbadi championship | | | JAMMU | OCT 12
A three day inter-regional Kabbadi Championship is being organized by executive director (R-1), National Hydro-Electric Power Corporation (NHPC) in Jammu region.
The championship was inaugurated by executive director S.C Gupta on Oct 11 in MAM Stadium, Kabbadi Ground. While inaugurating the championship, Gupta encouraged the participants to take part in those games being our ancestral games. He said, kabbadi has been included in Asian Olympics. On the occasion, Sanjay Sarbhai welcomed chief guest and introduced him to each player. To participate in the inter-regional kabbadi championship players had arrived from different parts of the country.
