| JKNPP bats for 'Intra J&K Heart to Heart Talk' consideration | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, Mar 20: Prof. Bhim Singh, Chairman, National Panthers Party today urged the Prime Minister, Dr. Manmohan Singh to convene a meeting of the representatives of all political parties of Jammu and Kashmir at the earliest so that a consensus is worked out for the resolution of external and internal situation facing the people of Jammu and Kashmir since six decades. Singh said that the proposal submitted by 'Intra J&K Heart to Heart Talk' to the Prime Minister need to be considered on merit because the present political situation is favourable to resolve the status of LoC with Pakistan and finally work out a solution for reorganization of J&K so as to determine the financial, political and economic status of three regions of State. Singh accused Kashmiri rulers for using discriminatory rod against Jammu and Ladakh. He said that refusal by the government to hold Delimitation in J&K is the living example of ruthless dictatorship and authoritarian rule in Jammu and Kashmir. He said that Delimitation is the fundamental right of the people of J&K. He expressed hope that a self-secure justice to the people of J&K in the matter of Delimitation of Constituencies as he secured in case of Pre-paid mobile phones in J&K. He said that introduction of Women Disqualification Bill, Resettlement Act and total denial of right to the refugees of POK and Pakistan is the shameful example of discrimination by the rulers of Jammu and Kashmir which shall be registered from the streets to the Supreme Court. He said that Panthers Party shall declare 2010-2011 agenda for direct action to oppose, expose and depose the ruthless dictators so that democracy is restored and people can live with honour and dignity as respectable citizens of India.
