| Soz constitute committee for Jammu, Srinagar MC | | Elections to Municipal Corporation | |

Jammu, Mar 20: Keeping in view the elections to the municipal corporation of Jammu and Srinagar which are going to take place shortly, the president Pradesh Congress Committee. Prof. Saif-ud-Din Soz has constituted two committee one for Jammu province under the chairmanship of Mangat Ram Sharma a deputy chief minister and for Kashmir province under the chairmanship of Taj Mohi-u-Din, minister for PHE and irrigation. The committee have been given the task to identity the suitable candidates for contesting elections to the corporations and municipal committees (MC).
The policy with regard to participation in elections by the INC will be devised and announced shortly. |
