| LoC is the only issue with Pakistan : Bhim | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Mar 21: Chairman Jammu Kashmir National Panthers Party (JKNPP) Prof Bhim Singh has said that India should make it clear to Pakistan that Line of Control (LoC) is the only issue vis-à-vis J&K, that needs to be settled once for all with the neighbouring country.
JKNPP chief was interacting with media at Jallandhar in connection with the 'Shahid Pariwar Fund' distribution function- an event organised by 'Hind Samachar Publication Group'.
Addressing media persons, Prof Singh said that India's defensive policy with Pakistan and China shall do no good to the country. There are two faces of J&K problems- external and internal-with Pakistan which shall be over once India takes a clear stand.
The internal problem can be solved by re-organization of J&K by amending outdated and temporary provision of Article 370.
About present situation in J&K, the Panthers chief said alleged that there is no governance, corruption is the rule of law and the state's Chief Minister's total surrender before terrorists is suicidal for national integration.
Prof Bhim Singh said that state is ruled by unconstitutional means, which is evident from the fact that entire country held delimitation except J&K.
He said that there is a need to setup a commission to probe the wealth and properties of the legislators and bureaucrats so that the corruption could be brought to justice.
