| J&K Bank signs MOU with ONICRA | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Mar 21: The Jammu & Kashmir Bank Ltd signed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with ONICRA Credit Rating Agency of India Limited, New Delhi as credit rating agency for performance and credit rating of MSME (Micro Small Medium Enterprises) customers of the Bank. ONICRA Credit Rating Agency has been empanelled by J&K Bank to conduct performance evaluation and credit rating of existing/potential SME & SSI customers of the bank.
Mr. Madan Gupta, Vice President J&K Bank, Jammu signed the MOU on behalf of the bank while Jayanta Kumar Neogi, Vice President and Head-Alternate Business Channel on behalf of ONICRA Credit Rating Agency of India Ltd. Annil Suri, former Chairman Federation Of Industries, Jammu & Associate Business Consultant Onicra said that with this MOU, MSME's in J&K who are facing challenges like securing credits from banks and financial institutions will get easy credit from J&K Bank. Adarsh Gupta, Sunil Gupta, Cluster Heads J&K Bank & Sudesh Malhotra from the bank and Rajesh Katoch & Avinash Sharma from ONICRA were also present on the occasion.
