| JK Bank opens ATM at Karan Bagh | | |

Jammu, Mar 22: In bringing technology driven banking services at the doorsteps of the people, J&K Bank today opened ATM at Karan Bagh. Revenue, Relief and Rehabilitation minister, Raman Bhalla was the chief guest. Bhalla praised the management of the bank headed by renowned economist Dr. Haseeb A Drabu for playing a tremendous role exploring unexplored economies of the state. Various initiatives taken by the bank for rural upliftment and poverty elevation of the rural masses through financial inclusion, village adoption scheme, Khidmat centers, Smart Cards and implementation of various central /state sponsored self employment schemes are highly commendable, said the minister. Vice president, Jammu (Central), Madan Gupta, while welcoming Raman Bhalla spoke about the initiatives taken by the bank to provide world class banking services to the people here. "Our mission is to provide all possible banking services thorugh fastest mode even to the poorest of the poor ," said Madan Gupta. Madan Gupta, Vice President Jammu Central, Sunil Gupta, Business Cluster Head-II, various government officials and a large number of bank clients were present. |
