| Out of course question in law paper | | | Early Times Report Jammu, Mar 23: The candidates appearing of J&K combined competitive services (KAS) have urged upon the chairman of J&K Public Service Commission to look into the question paper of law-I paper held on March 22 which was out of prescribed syllabi. That the question No. 5 (b) compulsory on neutralization of a state was from the topic neutrality, which according to appearing candidates did not figure in the syllabus for the main examination. The candidate in a communication to PSC, chairman have said, that such an error in grave was brought to the notice of the examiners at the examination hall. They also said pattern of the examination was un-even putting the candidate of law applicants in jeopardy. Candidates said, the pattern of the examination exhibits the discriminatory attitude of PSC with law candidates, and added that this discrimination with law can only be rectified through the mechanism of moderation towards the optional paper.
