JAMMU: In a clash between two groups, which took place over a land dispute at Mendhar in Poonch today, at least 14 persons were injured. Fazal Mohammad, claiming ownership of a particular piece of land at
Mendhar, had heated arguments with Gul Mohammad when he contested his claim.
The heated exchange of words led to a clash between their supporters as a result of which at least 14 persons sustained injuries. Six of them were admitted to sub-district hospital, Mendhar, for treatment.
When the matter came to their notice, cops reached the spot and arrested four people.
A case in this connection stands registered at the Mendhar police station.
