Cong committed to strengthen coalition: Soz

Pulwama, Mar 24: Member Parliament and president Jammu Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC), Saif-ud-Din Soz has said Congress was committed to strengthen the coalition government and work for welfare of the people. He was addressing a workers convention here Wednesday.
Assuring a solution to problems in respect of potable water, irrigation, healthcare and roads on priority basis, Soz said various developmental programmes were in the pipe line.
Expressed satisfaction over the enthusiasm of Congress workers viz-a-viz forthcoming municipal elections, the Congress chief urged them to work for women empowerment.
"The women workers must take advantage of the space created by Women's Reservation Bill passed by Lok Sabha recently", he urged.
A galaxy of Congress leader including Mohammad Muzaffar Parray Senior Vice President, Gulam Nabi Monga Vice President, Mohammad Anwar Bhat General Secretary, Mohammad Maqbool Bhat and Abdul Gani Dar, District President participated in the convention and addressed the workers.
